Prices
The prices quoted on the products are final, ie VAT is included. Prices quoted do not include shipping and delivery costs.
Shipping and Pay on delivery Costs
- Shipping Cost: Depents on the wieght of the pdoduct for shipping within Greece.
Free shipping on orders over 150 €.
- Cash On Delivery: € 5 for orders in Greece and up to the amount of € 200.
Order Completion / Confirmation
Upon completion of the order, the customer will receive an email confirming the order quantity, cost, and order number. Please make sure you fill in your email correctly on the order form.
Place of delivery
The products are shipped all over Greece and abroad. Shipments are daily except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Delivery Time and Method
Shipments are usually delivered the next business day.
If a product you ordered is unavailable or in need of preparation, we will contact you directly by email and / or telephone to find out when it is likely to be delivered (usually 5-7 days). If the customer considers that the delivery time of the product does not satisfy him, he always reserves the right to recall the order.
The products are delivered exclusively through the courier company ELTA Courier, for orders within Greece, in 1-2 working days. For less accessible areas, such as small villages or small islands, this time is a little longer and you'll probably need to pick up from your local Post Office.
Shipping abroad is by Hellenic Post and the average delivery time is 5-10 days for countries within the European Union and 10-20 days for all other countries in the world.
