- Delivery of goods within Attica for orders over 150 € is free of charge, while under 150 € is with a charge of 6.20 €.
- The delivery of goods for orders outside Attica with products weighing less than 4 kg, is done through Courier with a charge of 6.20 €.
The delivery of goods for orders outside Attica weighing products over 4 kg, is done through agencies.
The cost of transport from the agency in Athens to the final destination, is borne by the customer according to the current pricing policy of each agency.
- For areas outside Athens our company undertakes the shipment of your goods (worth more than 150 euros) to the Athens agency that serves your area completely FREE.
- The goods that are sent outside Athens with a transport company, are received from the headquarters of the agency in your area. For shipment to your place you should contact the respective agent.
- If the cost of goods is less than the value of 150 euros, the surcharge of 6 euros applies to the agency in Athens that serves your area.
The products of each order are usually sent in 3-7 working days and to the local transport agencies for areas outside Athens. - Some products which may be in short supply or need special order e.g. Bathroom furniture or bathtubs with hydromassage or special constructions (shower cabins) or special pieces of batteries are delivered within 30-40 days.

For deliveries to your place within Attica, if the items are available, the delivery times are as follows:
- By our means of transport, delivery within three working days.
- By courier, delivery within three working days of your order.
For deliveries to your place outside Attica, if the items are available, the delivery times are as follows:
- With a transport agency, we deliver by our own means of transport, within three working days to the transport company (agency) that we have agreed. Our company is not liable for the delivery time of the transport company and is not responsible for any delays of the transport company.
- By courier, delivery within three working days of your order
The above deadlines do not apply in periods of extreme weather events and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport times.
In case the products you have selected are not immediately available they should be ordered from our supplier. We will inform you about the delivery time the next day of your order.
In cases of delivery of large volume products (tile pallets, bathrooms, bathroom furniture, etc.) the products are transported to the entrance (ground floor) of the address as you will indicate to us.
In case the delivery is made by our own means of transport, then if you wish to transfer the products to a floor above the ground floor, our company can offer this service, as long as you inform us about it in the comments of the order. In this case the transfer is charged with additional costs that depend on the number of the floor and the volume of the products, for which we will inform you the next day of the order.
